Key Eligibility Criteria Highlights

While the exact guidelines will be locked in when the brochure is uploaded, current criteria metrics dictate the following constraints for students:

  • Academic Requirements: Candidates must have cleared or be actively appearing for their Class 12 (or equivalent board examination) in the years 2025, 2026, or 2027 with core physics, chemistry, and mathematics tracks.
  • Age Limits: There is no upper age limit restriction directly imposed by the NTA to sit for the computer-based exam.
  • Admission Cutoff (75% Rule): Though there is no threshold percentage to physically take the test, securing admission into IITs, NITs, and IIITs demands a minimum score of 75% aggregate marks in Class 12 boards, or placing within the top 20 percentile tier of your specific board.
